Bò cuốn lá lốt hẳn quá quen thuộc với nhiều teen rồi. Tuy nhiên cách làm món này thì chẳng phải teen nào cũng quen đâu. Chúng mình cùng vào bếp tìm hiểu cách làm món ăn mà hàng ngày mẹ vẫn làm cho cả nhà nhé!
Trước tiên, bóc tỏi, đập dập sả, hành lá rửa sạch. Sau đó cắt nhỏ tất cả rồi cho vào chén thịt bò và mỡ heo xay nhuyễn, trộn với 1 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường. Ướp thịt trong khoảng 20-30 phút.
Lá lốt rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Ngắt bớt cuống đi, trải mặt trái lên trên rồi cho 1 ít thịt vào cuộn lại.
Cuộn lần lượt hết số thịt và lá lốt. Dùng tăm tre để ghim các miếng thịt cho chắc.
Bắc chảo lên bếp, đổ dầu vào đun nóng, sau đó cho chả vào chiên. Chả xém đều 2 mặt là chín. Vớt ra để thấm bớt dầu.
Chỉ cần vài bước là có liền món chả bò lá lốt thơm ngon.
