Bạn có thể chọn mua 1 miếng thịt bò rộng, dày khoảng 1.5cm để làm bít tết nhé! Đem rửa sạch miếng thịt bò rồi dùng khăn giấy thấm khô nước. Rắc 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối và 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu lên 2 mặt miếng thịt, dùng tay xoa đều, để yên 5 phút. Nấm nỡ rửa sạch, cắt đôi.
Để làm món bít tết ngon thì nên dùng chảo gang dày để dẫn nhiệt đều. Đổ dầu ăn vào chảo, láng đều, đun nóng lửa vừa rồi đặt miếng thịt bò đã ướp và nấm mỡ vào chiên. Tùy thuộc sở thích ăn bò chín tới bao nhiêu là bạn có thể rút ngắn thời gian chiến nhé! Riêng mình thì chiên thịt khoảng 2 phút. Thịt sau khi lấy ra khỏi chảo vẫn giữ lại nấm mỡ chiên đến khi chín hoàn toàn nhé!
Đặt miếng bò bít tết ra đĩa cùng nấm mỡ, thoa đều sốt tiêu đen lên trên mặt miếng thịt, để yên 5 phút là có thể cắt nhỏ và thưởng thức rồi nhé! Có thể ăn cùng với ít bánh mì nếu thích.
